2.5 IFP Front Shock w/HTO

The FOX 2.5 IFP Front Shock w/HTO is engineered to enhance the on-road comfort and off-road control of your 2020-2024 Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 4WD, specifically designed for 1.5-2.5 inch lifts. This performance series shock absorber features a durable 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body with a Type II clear-anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance. Its mono-tube design incorporates an internal reservoir that effectively separates shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber. This design, along with the Internal Floating Piston (IFP) technology, prevents oil aeration and allows for maximum performance from the factory-tuned, precision valving. The shock is equipped with a high-flow velocity-sensitive damping system and a 5/8-inch hard chrome shaft for reliable operation. Further enhancing its capabilities, the shock includes Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology. This feature provides usable position-sensitive rebound damping control, beneficial for both on- and off-pavement driving. The internal floating piston (IFP) technology is key to eliminating oil aeration, ensuring consistent performance even under demanding conditions.
