2.5-Inch 304 Stainless Steel Rear Exhaust Section

The Cobra Sport Mazda MX-5 (NC) Mk3 Louder Race Type Rear Performance Exhaust is engineered to enhance the sound, looks, and overall driving experience of your vehicle. This rear section exhaust system is specifically designed for the Mazda MX-5 NC models produced between 2005 and 2014, accommodating both 1.8L and 2.0L engines. Constructed from certified grade 304 stainless steel, this performance exhaust features 2.5-inch (63.5mm) pipework and is TIG welded to ensure a superior quality finish and durability. It fits from the centre section backwards, directly replacing the original rear exhaust component. All necessary fittings and gaskets are included for a straightforward installation. This exhaust is also compatible with models equipped with the Air-Dam body kit. This race-type exhaust produces a louder sound profile, with recorded results of 66dB at idle and 86.3dB during a static 4,000rpm test for the 2.0L engine. Please note that removing the standard OE catalyst may cause the EML (Engine Management Light) to activate. An ECU re-map is recommended to prevent this and to optimize any power gains.
