The HPS Performance Intercooler Charge Pipe is designed to replace the restrictive factory plastic charge pipe on the Lexus IS200t 2.0L Turbo (2016-2017). Constructed from durable 2-1/2 inch mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing, this two-piece upgrade increases air volume and enhances airflow for improved engine performance, including better acceleration and potential fuel efficiency benefits. The charge pipe integrates seamlessly with the factory intercooler and includes a bung for the auxiliary sensor. It comes equipped with high-temperature, 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and heavy-duty stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure secure connections. This performance upgrade yields gains of +6.6 Whp and +9.1 Ft/lbs of torque. The two-piece design also accommodates engine movement. All necessary mounting hardware and installation instructions are included in the box, alongside the aluminum intercooler tube, silicone couplers, and stainless steel clamps.
