The STM upper intercooler pipe kit is a lightweight, 2.5-inch aluminum piping designed for the Mitsubishi Evolution 7/8/9. It features smooth, mandrel-bent construction with bead-rolled ends for secure coupler fitment. Made in the USA.

The STM 2.5" aluminum upper intercooler pipe kit is engineered to enhance airflow from the turbo to the intercooler on the Mitsubishi Evolution 7, 8, and 9 models. This hand-fabricated kit is offered in various finishes, including brushed, gloss black, and wrinkle black. Buyers can also choose from different blow-off valve (BOV) flanges (TiAL, HKS, GReddy, or stock) and select the appropriate throttle body coupler size (2.5-2.75" for stock or 2.5-3" for aftermarket throttle bodies). An Air Temperature (AIT) bung is welded onto the pipe, with an included plug if the sensor is not used. Important fitment notes include that this kit will not fit with the JMF Billet manifold. It is designed to work with intake manifolds utilizing the factory throttle body location, such as OEM, Skunk2, JMF Sheetmetal, Driven Innovations, and AMS F1. Additionally, these pipes will not clear a factory-sized battery, and the STM Evo 7/8/9 Small Battery Kit is recommended for installation. The pipes are compatible with STM, OEM, and Buschur intercoolers, as well as other aftermarket intercoolers that use the stock piping placement.
