2.5-Inch Catted Downpipe

The CNT Racing Mini Cooper High Flow catted downpipe is specifically designed for R55, R56, R57, R58, R59, and R60 models, offering a performance upgrade for your exhaust system. This component features quality welding throughout and a straight-flow, mandrel-bent 2.5-inch piping. At its core is a 100-cell custom high-flow metal substrate catalytic converter, designed to improve exhaust flow while reducing back-pressure for increased top-end performance. This system also contributes to an enhanced, aggressive high-RPM sound. The installation is a 100% direct bolt-on, utilizing stock ball joints and clamps for ease of fitment. Due to this part replacing the factory catalytic converter, it may not be legal in all states and could potentially trigger a check engine light. It will not pass emissions testing and cannot be returned for these reasons. The product is explicitly not for sale in California, New York, and Maine. Installation may require removing the lower heat shield and the bottom bolts on the upper shield.
