The Aero Exhaust Turbine Performance Muffler, model AT2540i, is a universal fitment component engineered to boost your vehicle's performance, torque, and sound. It incorporates patented Airfoil Cone Technology, where incoming exhaust gas is expanded and spun by the airfoil cone, creating a vacuum that enhances exhaust flow and muffles sound. This technology allows the engine to breathe easier, leading to more efficient combustion and increased power. Constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel with a fully-welded build and a mirror-polished finish, this muffler is designed for longevity and aesthetic appeal. It features a laser-etched rolled exhaust tip and a 4-inch outlet, complementing its 2.5-inch inlet. The muffler's internal design is non-resonated and contains no packing material. It is noted to produce an aggressive sound, particularly on turbo cars, and can be very loud on naturally aspirated engines. Installation is rated as light to moderate, with an approximate time of 2 hours, and may require welding and cutting. The product comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. While the muffler offers universal fitment, some adaptation may be required depending on the specific vehicle application.
