2.5-Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX 2.0 Shocks

Level out and improve the stance, performance, and capability of your Ford F450 Super Duty with this 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit from BDS Suspension. This kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires. The front of the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a high-strength 1-3/8 inch solid steel track bar for steering correction, sway bar relocation brackets, and brake line brackets. The rear of the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer u-bolts. The heavy-duty radius arms replace the factory stamped steel arms, offering caster adjustment and an OE-style rubber bushing for smooth operation. The adjustable track bar ensures proper handling and steering geometry by recentering the front axle. This kit is designed for diesel models but can also be installed on gas models, resulting in an additional 1/2 inch of front ride height. Installation is described as easy and 100 percent bolt-on, though it requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs. Recommended wheel and tire specifications include a maximum tire size of 35x12.50, with specific backspacing requirements for front (8.76 inch BS) and rear ( -3.33 inch BS outer, 9.11 inch BS inner) wheels. Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance. The included FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, and application-specific valving for maximized performance.
