2.5-Inch Lift Kit w/ FOX Shocks

The BDS Suspension 2.5-inch lift kit elevates the stance, performance, and capability of your Chevy Trail Boss or GMC AT4 1500 truck. Featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, this system is engineered to provide increased travel and exceptional damping for both rough terrain and smooth on-road comfort. The kit is designed for bolt-on installation and includes proprietary FOX 2.5 coil-overs with remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling efficiency, plus DSC adjusters for fine-tuning compression levels. This comprehensive kit enhances offroad protection and strength with a high-clearance design, utilizing 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. For improved on-road handling, suspension and steering geometry are corrected through CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring ESC system compatibility. The front also includes strut spacers, stout 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular upper control arms with durometer-specific rubber bushings and greaseable ball joints, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, a heavy-duty lift block replaces the stock unit to level the stance while maintaining ride quality and load capacity. The rear suspension is further upgraded with new u-bolts, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The kit allows for clearance of up to 35-inch tires, with recommended wheel and tire sizes being 35x12.5 with 20x9 wheels and 5 inches of backspace; some trimming may be required.
