The C&L Axle-Back Exhaust system delivers a more aggressive exhaust note compared to the factory setup, while maintaining a mellow tone at idle. Engineered for performance, the system utilizes mandrel-bent, 2.5-inch diameter 409 stainless steel tubing to reduce restrictions and improve exhaust flow, which can contribute to gains in power and throttle response. Constructed for long-term durability and corrosion resistance, the kit includes two round, high-flow, straight-through muffler assemblies topped with polished stainless steel tips for a custom look. The installation process is a cut-and-clamp design, requiring the removal of the stock muffler assemblies. The package includes the necessary 2.25-inch exhaust clamps and instructions to complete the installation in approximately one hour. This exhaust system is specifically designed to fit 2015-2023 Ford Mustang EcoBoost models. It is not compatible with models equipped with the factory Active Exhaust system. Professional installation or mechanical expertise is recommended to ensure proper fitment and safe operation of the cut-and-clamp hardware.
