The RV6 Performance catted downpipe is an exhaust component designed for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic with a 2.0L naturally aspirated K20C2 engine. It replaces the restrictive factory precat with a free-flowing contoured casting and 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing.

Introducing the RV6 Performance PCD (Catted Downpipe) specifically engineered for the 2016-2021 Honda Civic models equipped with the naturally aspirated K20C2 engine. It features a free-flowing, precision-cast transition integrated with 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing. Constructed entirely from high-grade 304 stainless steel and expertly TIG welded in the USA, this assembly ensures durability and optimal performance. The transition from the engine to the exhaust tube was developed using advanced flow analysis to maximize flow characteristics, resulting in a durable product with optimized turbulence-free flow. The original equipment precat on the K-Series platform is noted for its cheap mass production design, utilizing stamped and welded components with no regard for exhaust restrictions. This OE design, combined with two catalytic cores, significantly chokes the engine, limiting its power potential. The RV6 PCD aims to rectify this by providing a significantly less restrictive path for exhaust gases. Specifications include a 304 stainless steel precision cast transition, 304 stainless steel 2.5-inch tubing, and a 304 stainless steel flange. The unit is fully TIG welded with argon back-gassing for pure welds. The package includes non-foulers, chromoly exhaust studs, and gaskets with hardware. This product is intended FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY and all modifications are at the customer's own risk.
