2.5-Inch Mandrel-Bent Overpipe

The JDL FRS/BRZ/GT86 Stainless Steel Overpipe is constructed from US 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with a 2.5-inch diameter and mandrel bends to optimize exhaust flow and performance. The flanges are machined and fully surfaced, and the tubing is TIG welded and back-purged for maximum weld strength and durability. This overpipe is engineered to alleviate the airflow restrictions found in the stock overpipe on both first and second-generation FR-S, BRZ, and GT86 models. By opening up this section of the exhaust with a consistent tube diameter, it contributes to freeing up airflow necessary for maximizing horsepower and torque, benefiting naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged applications. The JDL overpipe is compatible with both left-hand and right-hand drive vehicles. It is designed to fit model years 2013-2021 and 2022+. While it is modular with the OEM front pipe, JDL also offers combo pipes that integrate the overpipe and front pipe into a single unit, with options for 3-inch variants. The product comes with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.
