2.5-Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 2.5-inch lift kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers is engineered to enhance the stance, performance, and capability of 2011-2016 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel trucks, offering clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks, which feature a 2.5-inch impact-extruded and CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum body with a hard-anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance. These shocks are equipped with DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters, allowing for precise tuning of low-speed and high-speed compression levels to optimize comfort and performance across various terrains. The kit also incorporates heavy-duty tubular radius arms that provide caster adjustment and mount using OE-style rubber bushings for quiet operation. A high-strength, 1-3/8-inch solid steel adjustable track bar is included to recenter the front axle and maintain proper steering geometry. In the rear, the lift kit utilizes a fabricated steel lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of FOX Performance shocks to achieve a level stance. The FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks are designed with remote reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, ensuring consistent performance under demanding conditions. They are also fully serviceable and resistant to corrosion. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade. Recommended tire and wheel combinations include 35x12.5 tires with 17, 18, or 20-inch wheels with a 5-inch backspace, though some trimming may be required.
