The BDS Suspension BDS1915FPE is a premium 2.5-inch radius arm lift kit engineered for 2020-2022 Ford F450 4WD trucks, enhancing stance, performance, and capability. This comprehensive kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit incorporates diesel-specific FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, which offer next-level performance with a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling. These shocks feature DSC adjusters allowing for 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels for precise tuning. Complementing the front suspension are heavy-duty replacement radius arms with caster adjustment and OE-style rubber bushings for smooth, quiet operation. A high-strength, 1-3/8 inch solid steel track bar ensures proper steering geometry and axle centering, along with sway bar relocation brackets and secondary FOX 2.0 shocks. The rear of the vehicle is lifted 1 inch using a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts, paired with matching FOX 2.0 Performance shocks. The heavy-duty radius arms replace the factory stamped steel components, providing superior strength and adjustability. Installation of this kit is rated as difficult and is estimated to take 11 hours, requiring a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs. While designed for diesel models, the kit can be installed on gas model trucks, which will result in an additional 0.5-inch front ride height. It is not recommended to use larger tires on stock wheels due to brake line clearance requirements.
