2.5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Coilovers

The BDS Suspension BDS1856PES is a comprehensive 2.5-inch suspension lift kit engineered for 2025-2026 4WD diesel variants of the Chevrolet Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500. At the forefront are the proprietary FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, specifically tuned to bolt on and provide increased travel for soaking up rough terrain while maintaining smooth on-road comfort. These shocks feature external reservoirs for increased fluid capacity and cooling, along with DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjusters offering 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels for precise tuning. Complementing the front shocks are heavy-duty upper control arms (UCAs) constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel, featuring indexed ball joint cups for additional down travel and camber adjustment, durometer-specific rubber bushings, and greaseable ball joints. BDS's signature high-clearance design is evident in the 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, maximizing ground clearance and strength. The front of the kit also includes a multipiece differential relocation bracket system to secure the front axle and improve CV angles, along with heavy-duty skid plates for robust off-road protection. Steering geometry is meticulously corrected with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, ensuring compatibility with the Electronic Stability Control (ESC) system. Additional front components include strut spacers, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers. In the rear, the kit utilizes a heavy-duty lift block to achieve a level stance, retaining ride quality and load capacity. It is paired with precision-tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP (Internal Floating Piston) gas shocks for improved ride and off-road performance. This kit is designed to accommodate up to 35-inch tires, with recommended wheel and tire combinations provided, though minor trimming may be required.
