Show original supplier description
The DC Sports race pipe is a performance-focused midpipe engineered to optimize exhaust scavenging for the 2006-2015 Honda Civic equipped with the 1.8L (R18) engine. By increasing the pipe diameter to 2.5 inches, this system reduces backpressure and promotes unrestricted flow compared to the factory midpipe, resulting in improved engine performance and a more aggressive exhaust note. The assembly is fully TIG-welded and utilizes CNC-machined flanges to ensure long-term durability and a factory-style connection. The system is designed as a direct-fit replacement for the stock exhaust components. Installation is intended to be straightforward, as the pipe bolts directly to existing OEM equipment without requiring modifications. All necessary hardware for installation is included in the box. Please note that this race pipe is designed specifically for the 1.8L engine configuration found in 2006-2015 Honda Civic models.
