Even on a stock vehicle, the factory intercooler can struggle with heat soak. This upgraded unit utilizes a 57% larger intercooler core and streamlined piping to provide charge air that can be up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit cooler. Constructed with durable cast endtanks, a substantial 24"x8"x3.5" core, and robust 4-ply black silicone couplers, this intercooler features 2.5" mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for optimal airflow. COBB also offers off-the-shelf maps for the Ford Focus ST Accessport, allowing for a tuned-in experience right out of the box. Installation involves removing the grill shutters and drilling two simple holes, with no other modifications required, thanks to the included custom silicone adapters.
