2.5" Remote Reservoir Front Coilover Kit

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics V.S. 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilover shocks provide a significant upgrade for the front suspension of 2007-2009 Toyota FJ Cruisers, 2003-2009 4Runners, and 2003-2009 Lexus GX models. These coilovers feature vehicle-specific valving for a sport-tuned feel both on and off-road, along with adjustable lift height from 0 to 3.5 inches to accommodate larger wheel and tire setups. The larger 2.5-inch shock body and increased piston area enhance damping capabilities, ensuring superior ride characteristics across diverse terrain. Equipped with remote reservoirs, these shocks maintain optimal performance by increasing the duration of consistent damping and keeping operating temperatures cooler during heavy use. These extended-length coilovers increase wheel travel but necessitate the installation of aftermarket front upper control arms for proper fitment and function. For optimal performance and balanced control, it is recommended to pair these front coilovers with ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series or 2.5 Series rear shocks. The shocks feature a corrosion-resistant CAD-plated body, a 7/8-inch shaft, and FK Rod End bearings for longevity and minimal deflection. The fully serviceable design allows for revalving and rebuilding, offering an extended service life.
