The Milltek 2.5" Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust is engineered to enhance the performance and sound of your R53 MINI Cooper S. Constructed from 2.50" T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, this system is designed for durability and resistance to discoloration. The mandrel-bent construction ensures smooth, unrestricted bends, promoting better gas flow. This system features larger mufflers to manage sound levels while improving exhaust flow and performance. This cat-back exhaust system is a direct-fit replacement, including a full fitting kit for installation. It is designed to provide a noticeable power increase, with claims of 10-12% more power and torque gains, without compromising mid-range torque. The system includes dual 76.2mm JCW style tips and a bracket locator for 2004 models. This exhaust system is specifically designed for the MINI Cooper Hatchback R50/R53 models from 2002-2006, including the JCW GP and S submodels with the 1.6L Supercharged engine.
