Overview

The Milltek SSXM020 is a 2.5" resonated cat-back exhaust system designed for the R55 MINI Cooper Clubman S and JCW models.

Constructed from T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, this exhaust system is built for durability and resistance to discoloration. It features dual 100mm Jet style tips and utilizes mandrel bending for full-flow bends, aiming to increase gas flow and performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. The system includes a full fitting kit.

The Milltek 2.5" Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System (SSXM020) is engineered for the R55 MINI Cooper Clubman S and JCW models from 2008-2014 with the 1.6L Turbo engine. The system features 2.50" pipework and dual 100mm Jet style tips. Mandrel bending is employed throughout to ensure smooth, full-flow bends, which Milltek states helps to improve gas flow and deliver ultimate performance without a loss of mid-range torque. A full fitting kit is included for installation. Milltek emphasizes the superb sound and quality of this exhaust system, which also comes with a Lifetime Warranty. The brand claims this system can provide a 10-12% increase in power.
