Description

The Milltek Sport SSXM006 is a 2.5-inch resonated cat-back exhaust system engineered as a direct replacement for the factory system on R52 and R53 MINI Cooper models, specifically the Cooper Hatchback R50/R53 (2002-2006) with 1.6L Supercharged engines, including the JCW GP and S submodels. The system features dual 76.2mm JCW-style tips and utilizes mandrel bending throughout the pipework to ensure smooth, unrestricted bends for optimal gas flow and performance. Milltek systems are designed with increased bore to maximize performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. However, it still delivers an aggressive and sporty tone when accelerating. The system includes a full fitting kit and a bracket locator specifically for 2004 models, ensuring a straightforward installation. Milltek Sport guarantees the quality of their products with a lifetime warranty. The exhaust system is ECE Approved and made in the UK.
