2.5 Skyactiv Non Turbo Short Ram Intake

Upgrade your Mazda 3 2.5 liter engine with the CorkSport Short Ram Intake, engineered to enhance horsepower, torque, and auditory feedback. This system replaces the restrictive factory airbox and filter, which are known to limit performance and produce a subdued engine note. The CorkSport intake features a precision-machined billet MAF housing to maintain OEM diameter, preventing check engine lights and keeping fuel trims stable. Constructed with a reusable CorkSport Dry-Flow air filter that provides high airflow and filtration without oil, ensuring clean air intake and protecting the MAF sensor. The intake also includes a custom-designed, four-layer nylon-weave reinforced silicone coupler that offers a smooth interior to promote airflow. Stainless steel t-bolt clamps are utilized for a secure, leak-free installation. This intake does not require tuning and is designed for the 2019-2023 Mazda 3 with the 2.5L engine. However, it does not work with 2023+ engines equipped with an EGR cooler on the intake manifold. Fitment with the 2.0L engine is not confirmed and is at the user's risk. Early production 2019 models may require a PCM ECU flash update from the dealership to prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL). Installation is straightforward, typically taking around 30 minutes, with a difficulty rating of 2/5. The system comes with a 2-year limited warranty and full-color instructions. Buyers can personalize the engine bay by choosing from various silicone, filter, and clamp colors.
