The Rawtek VA.2.JE7.C14.CB is a cat-back exhaust system designed for the 2014-2015 VW Jetta TDI. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with 2.5" OD 16-gauge tubing, it is a 100% bolt-on system that includes stainless steel installation hardware.

It is intended for off-road use only. Installation requires the Jetta TDI (2014) DPF & EGR Delete Exhaust ECO Kit and TuneZilla Software to reprogram the ECU for proper DPF delete.

The Rawtek cat-back exhaust system is the final component for completing a Rawtek turbo-back exhaust setup on your 2014-2015 VW Jetta TDI. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the tubing measures 2.5" in outer diameter with 16-gauge wall thickness. The system is designed as a 100% bolt-on application and includes all necessary stainless steel installation hardware. Benefits may include faster turbo spool, increased performance, improved fuel economy, and an enhanced turbo noise with a better exhaust sound. Installation of this system, particularly when paired with a DPF delete, requires specific prerequisites. You must have the Jetta TDI (2014) DPF & EGR Delete Exhaust ECO Kit. Furthermore, a TuneZilla Software ECU reprogram is mandatory for proper DPF delete functionality. Without the correct tune, the vehicle may not run properly, potentially leading to check engine lights or fault codes. This exhaust system is sold for off-road use only. Volkswagen rates the stock North American 2.0L CR TDI engine (2015+) at 140HP and 240 lbs-ft. With a Rawtek DPF delete exhaust system and a TuneZilla stage 2 tune, substantial power increases of approximately 70HP and 146TQ over stock ratings are achievable, calculated using a standard 15% drivetrain loss. A DSG transmission tune is also required if equipped to handle the increased torque, unless an ECONO tune is utilized.
