Description

The Spa Turbo cast aluminum intake manifold is engineered to enhance performance for the VW 5-cylinder 2.5L 20V FSI engine. This manifold boasts a significantly increased internal volume of 6.2L, a 100% improvement over the OEM part, designed to facilitate higher airflow and maximize performance potential. It retains the stock fuel rail and throttle body bolt hole pattern for easier integration and is compatible with both hydraulic and electric steering systems. The kit includes a fitting for the stock breather hose (-10AN), two 1/8" NPT block-off plugs, and an oil dipstick holder. It also maintains compatibility with the original MAP sensor (ref. 0261230095), though the sensor itself is not included. Installation requires the removal of the original plastic engine cover. For optimal performance, a custom tune is recommended, with compatibility noted for IE Stage 2 tuning. Improper installation, tuning, or use outside of the intended design can void warranty and return eligibility.
