2.5L Intake Manifold

The Integrated Engineering 2.5L Intake Manifold is a performance upgrade designed to maximize the power output of your 5-cylinder VW engine. Developed from the ground up, IE engineers optimized runner lengths and diameters to create a resonance effect that rams more air into the cylinders, leading to significant power and torque gains throughout the RPM range. Designed for a factory-like fitment on 07K engines with electric power steering, this manifold requires no modifications to existing systems. However, it is crucial to note that this manifold will NOT fit engines equipped with a hydraulic power steering pump, which is located below the factory intake manifold. Additionally, installing this manifold necessitates the IE Stage 2 manifold software and, for automatic transmission vehicles, a matching IE TCU Transmission tune to remove factory rev limiters and fully capitalize on the performance gains. Professional installation is recommended due to the complexity and potential for engine damage if installed incorrectly.
