The CorkSport Performance Air Intake system is engineered to deliver immediate gains in horsepower and torque by increasing airflow into your 2.5 liter engine. Specifically designed for the 2010-2013 Mazda 3 and 2011-2013 Mazda 5, it also fits the 2010-2012 CX7 2.5L. The system features a precision-machined billet aluminum MAF housing with an integrated air straightener, ensuring optimal flow and preventing air leaks and inaccurate readings that could cause check-engine lights. At the heart of this intake is a durable Dry Flow Air Filter, which is reusable, water-resistant, and does not require oiling. Its unique non-woven filter media effectively traps dirt and sheds contaminants under engine vibration, unlike traditional cotton-gauze filters. The custom reinforced silicone connector, constructed with multi-layer nylon braid, provides enhanced strength and a smooth internal transition to minimize turbulence and maximize flow.
