Description

The HansAutoParts 2.5 Turbocharger Kit provides a significant upgrade for the 2.5L 5-cylinder engine found in 2006-2016 Jetta, Golf, and Beetle models. This comprehensive 24-piece kit includes all the essential components for turbocharging your vehicle's engine. The package features a custom exhaust manifold, an oil-cooled K04 turbocharger equipped with a wastegate, a precisely engineered downpipe, and a performance mushroom air filter. The process involves replacing your existing exhaust manifold with the new turbocharger, manifold, and downpipe. Your current exhaust system will connect to the new downpipe, and your oxygen sensor will also integrate with the new downpipe. Please note that certain components are not included with this kit. These are the Oil Supply Line, Oil Return Line, and the necessary hose to connect the turbocharger to your Mass Airflow Sensor. The manufacturer is working on supplying these in the future. The turbocharger itself features a K03 intake side and a larger K04 exhaust side. It is important to be aware that the 2.5L engine is a high-compression engine. The manufacturer advises caution when increasing boost and is not responsible for engine damage resulting from excessive boost. This kit is intended for experienced tuners and enthusiasts.
