Description

The Yamaha 1JZ-GTE is a twin-turbocharged 2.5L engine designed with Yamaha's expertise in engine acoustics and performance. It features an "oversquare" design with a bore of 86.0 mm and a stroke of 71.5 mm, and a 24-valve DOHC aluminum construction. The engine was produced from 1990 to 2007 and the first generation employed twin CT12A turbochargers.
