Description

The Dobinsons IMS59-60685 rear shocks are engineered for demanding off-road and overlanding applications, offering maximum performance and durability. With a substantial 2.6″ (66mm) heavy-duty shock body and an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) monotube design, these shocks are built to withstand extreme conditions while providing consistent damping and comfort across varied terrains. Key features include a high-flow CNC-machined race piston for superior performance, a carbon-fiber/PTFE composite wear band to reduce friction and extend lifespan, and 3mm thick DOM body tubing honed to tight tolerances for exceptional strength. These shocks also boast an EDP coating for excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Designed as a direct, bolt-on replacement, the IMS59-60685 shocks simplify installation. They are fully re-buildable and re-valvable, allowing for customization and maintenance. For optimal performance, a 3” or greater rear lift is recommended, and these shocks require 2” bump stop extensions and extended brake lines. They are specifically listed as fitting the 2001-2007 Toyota Sequoia.
