The Snabb turbo intake pipe serves as a direct upgrade to eliminate the flow restrictions found in the factory intake system. By replacing the stock plastic hose with a more efficient aluminum and silicone setup, this pipe optimizes air delivery to the turbocharger, promoting improved response and performance. Built with a consistent 2.75-inch inner diameter, the unit provides a smoother path for induction air. The kit includes the necessary piping and silicone connectors, though users should note that the PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) sensor is not included and must be transferred from the original assembly. Professional installation is recommended as the fitment can be challenging due to the tight engine bay clearances found in these P2 Volvo platforms. This specific part is compatible with various 2001-2009 Volvo P2 platform vehicles, including specific S60, V70, XC70, and S80 models equipped with 5-cylinder turbo engines. It is specifically designed for these applications and should not be confused with other Snabb intake variants intended for the P3 platform or different engine configurations.
