2.8" Modular Pulley

The ZZPerformance 2.8" modular pulley is a high-performance component designed to integrate with the ZZP Modular Pulley System, allowing for flexible pulley changes based on driving conditions or fuel. This individual pulley is sold separately and is intended for users who already possess the ZZP Modular Pulley Hub. Engineered specifically for Ecotec engines, ZZPerformance guarantees fitment down to the 2.8" pulley size without requiring snout machining. However, due to variations in casting and machining of individual snouts, it is advised that users with smaller pulleys or more extensive modifications consult ZZP directly. This 2.8" pulley is specifically recommended for vehicles that have undergone 2.9" modifications and are running a 75% methanol or E85 fuel mixture. It is also noted that for certain configurations, like the 3800 Modular Pulley System, the 2.8" pulley may require a cam, intercooler, and headers. This pulley is part of a system that allows for customization, such as using one pulley for street driving and a smaller one for track use or higher octane fuels. The ZZP LSJ Modular Pulleys are available in various sizes, with recommended applications tied to specific injector sizes, kit stages, and supporting modifications like downpipes, headers, and camshafts.
