2.85-Inch 3-Piece Supercharger Pulley

The Metco Motorsports 2.85" Supercharger Pulley is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to increase boost levels on 2015 and newer Hellcat, Trackhawk, Durango, Demon, Redeye, and TRX vehicles. Constructed from a precision-machined, electroless nickel-plated steel pulley hub, this 3-piece pulley system includes an interchangeable black anodized pulley drive ring and a stock-appearing front pulley cover. All fasteners are stainless steel or zinc plated. The components are meticulously CNC-machined and perfectly balanced to ensure smooth operation at all engine speeds and to maximize reliability. This pulley is intended for street applications and is quoted to provide an approximate +3-4 PSI gain. For optimal performance and to accommodate the increased airflow, PCM calibration revisions are required. While some installers have reported excellent results with larger pulleys (3.10" and 3.20") without PCM revisions, it is always suggested to review the tune to confirm proper air/fuel and timing calibrations for maximum reliability and longevity. Professional installation is highly recommended as the upper portion of the supercharger must be disassembled to remove the snout. Installation instructions are not provided. Additionally, the user assumes all risks associated with installation, and this pulley may affect the vehicle's warranty. A Gates K100572HD belt is appropriate for applications using this 2.85" pulley.
