Overview

The Aero Exhaust AR20 is a performance resonator designed to reduce rasp and drone in exhaust systems. Manufactured from polished 304 grade stainless steel, it features a straight-through design with high-temperature ceramic packing material. The resonator has a 2-inch center inlet and a 2-inch center outlet, with a body length of 10 inches and an overall length of 14 inches.

The Aero AR Series resonators, including the AR20 model, are engineered to enhance exhaust acoustics by reducing unwanted rasp and drone. Their straight-through performance design, combined with high-temperature ceramic sound absorption material, ensures effective sound dampening without significantly restricting exhaust flow. The AR20 features a 2.0" center inlet and a 2.0" center outlet, with a body length of 10.0” and an overall length of 14.0". The fully welded construction signifies durability and longevity, further backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This resonator is recommended for a variety of vehicles, including performance models like the E46 BMW M3, BMW 335i, Fifth Generation Ford Mustang, Chevrolet Camaro, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Volkswagen VR6 cars, among others. It is designed to be a direct fit for many applications and can be installed using 2" lap joint clamps (sold separately).
