The AudioControl ACX-300.2 is a rugged, all-weather 2-channel amplifier designed for use in boats, UTVs, motorcycles, and other vehicles intended for open-air installations. Its IPX6-rated enclosure ensures durability against water spray and harsh outdoor conditions, maintaining performance in challenging environments. This amplifier provides versatile power output options: 2 x 75 watts at 4 ohms, 2 x 150 watts at 2 ohms, or bridged to a single 1 x 300 watts at 4 ohms. It features installer-friendly features such as GTO Signal Sense for intelligent operation and heavy-gauge quick-connect wiring for a painless installation. The unit supports both preamp and speaker-level inputs, accommodating a wide range of source devices. For precise audio tuning, the ACX-300.2 includes a 12 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley crossover with selectable frequencies at 80 Hz and 120 Hz, along with a bypass mode for full-range signal output. Its performance specifications include a frequency response of 26 Hz – 22 kHz, a signal-to-noise ratio of 102 dBA (ref 50 W @ 4 Ohm), and a total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) of less than 0.05%, ensuring clean and accurate sound reproduction. The amplifier comes with a 5-year warranty when installed by an authorized AudioControl dealer.
