Overview

The Rockford Fosgate P500X2 is a 2-channel stereo amplifier designed to enhance your car's audio system. It delivers 150 Watts RMS per channel at 4-Ohms or 250 Watts RMS per channel at 2-Ohms.

This amplifier can also be bridged to produce 500 Watts RMS at 4-Ohms for subwoofer applications. It features a Class A/B topology for efficient power delivery and includes onboard tone controls with selectable high-pass and low-pass crossovers.

The Rockford Fosgate P500X2 is a 2-channel stereo amplifier engineered to deliver powerful sound to your vehicle's audio system. It provides 150 Watts RMS per channel into a 4-Ohm load and ramps up to 250 Watts RMS per channel when connected to a 2-Ohm load. For demanding low-frequency applications, the P500X2 can be bridged into a mono channel, outputting a robust 500 Watts RMS at 4-Ohms. It features a cast aluminum heatsink for effective heat dissipation, helping to maintain performance during extended use. The amplifier is also equipped with a C.L.E.A.N. setup system to help match your source unit's output level to the amplifier's input, along with integrated input clip LEDs to prevent distortion. For versatile system integration, the P500X2 includes adjustable high-pass and low-pass crossovers ranging from 50Hz to 250Hz at 12dB/octave, and it offers RCA pass-thru outputs. It also features a high-level input with an auto turn-on circuit, making it compatible with factory head units. The amplifier is CEA-2006 compliant, ensuring its power ratings meet industry standards for accurate performance claims. A 1-year warranty is included.
