2 Inch Leveling Kit with FOX 2.0 Coilovers and UCAs

The BDS Suspension 2 Inch Leveling Kit is engineered to elevate the performance and stance of your Ford F150 4WD (2021-2026 models). This comprehensive kit integrates FOX 2.0 Performance Series coilover struts with heavy-duty upper control arms (UCAs), providing a substantial upgrade over the factory suspension. The FOX 2.0 struts feature a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for enhanced heat dispersion, an internal floating piston (IFP) to prevent oil aeration, and a 5/8" hard chrome-plated alloy shaft for durability. These struts are designed as a direct bolt-in replacement, retaining the OE coil spring and top plate, and offer three preload settings for 0", 1", or 2" of lift. The included heavy-duty upper control arms are constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular steel, featuring an indexed ball joint cup to optimize ball joint positioning, allowing for increased down travel and camber adjustment. Maintenance-free, durometer-specific rubber bushings are used at the frame mounting ends, while the other end utilizes a quality, greaseable ball joint for smooth operation and longevity. These UCAs are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap. This kit is designed to allow for a bolt-in upgrade accommodating up to 35x12.50 tires, with specific recommendations for wheel size and backspacing. Trimming may be required depending on tire and wheel configuration. Installation is rated as moderate difficulty and typically takes approximately 3 hours, requiring specialized tools such as a ball joint separator and strut compressor. The kit includes FOX 2.0 performance series IFP rear shocks. It is important to note that this kit is not compatible with vehicles equipped with adaptive headlights requiring a UCA sensor; the selected option confirms the absence of such a sensor.
