Upgrade your truck's rear suspension with the BDS Suspension BDS069216 lift blocks. The flat block design, combined with dual 3/4-inch pins, is specifically engineered to provide a 2-inch lift for the rear of leaf spring trucks. This lift allows for increased ground clearance and provides the necessary space to accommodate larger tires for enhanced off-road capability. Sold in pairs, these lift blocks are designed for direct fitment on Ford F-150 models from 2004 to 2026. The kit is sold in pairs to ensure proper installation on both sides of the rear axle.
