2-Inch x 15-Foot Exhaust Wrap

The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is a 2-inch by 15-foot roll engineered for extreme heat management. Its pliable nature allows for easy installation around tight bends, and it offers resistance to chemical oil spills and vibration breakdown. This wrap can withstand direct heat up to 1800°F and intermittent heat up to 2500°F, making it suitable for any automotive or motorcycle application. Key features include its ability to promote increased flow for improved performance, reduce temperature and vibration breakdown, and its hi-tech carbon fiber look. Unlike some wraps, it does not require DEI HT Silicone Coating and does not need to be pre-wetted for installation. Note: Wrapping of catalytic converters is not recommended due to potential overheating and reduced lifetime. DEI advises against wrapping titanium exhaust systems as it can cause the alloy to become brittle and prone to cracking. For such applications, DEI recommends using their flexible heat shields.
