The Trask Big Sexy TM-5110 is a 2-into-1 performance exhaust system designed for 2017-newer Harley Touring models. It features a three-step header design with a high-flow merge muffler and double-slip joints for optimal exhaust seal and heat expansion. This system is recommended for 117” M-Eight engines and other engines producing 140+ horsepower.

It also includes custom Assault-style heat shields for a distinctive look. The exhaust system is made in the U.S.A. and is available in Brushed Stainless Steel, Black, and Polished Stainless Steel finishes.

The Trask Big Sexy TM-5110 is a 2-into-1 performance exhaust system engineered for 2017 and newer Harley Touring models. This system is specifically recommended for 117” M-Eight engines and other high-output engines generating 140+ horsepower, promising a significant upgrade in performance and sound. The exhaust boasts a sophisticated three-step header design paired with a high-flow merge muffler, contributing to a broad torque and impressive horsepower curve. The system is proudly made in the U.S.A. and is available in Brushed Stainless Steel, Black (TM-5110BK), and Polished Stainless Steel (TM-5110PO) finishes, each featuring custom Assault-style heat shields for a unique aesthetic. Installation of this aftermarket header system, like any full system, requires additional tuning to ensure optimal performance and engine health. The manufacturer recommends using a tuner such as a ThunderMax or a Power Commander V. Additionally, it is recommended to install a new set of flanges and exhaust gaskets during the installation process to ensure a proper seal and to maintain exhaust integrity.
