Overview

The Bassani 1S6SS is a 2-into-1 exhaust system designed for Harley Davidson motorcycles. Constructed from stainless steel, it features stepped 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" headpipes and a 10" long, 2-1/4" OD upswept megaphone muffler with a slash cut end cap.

This exhaust system includes 18 mm O2 bungs with 12 mm adapters and plugs, and a removable baffle. Heat shields cover the headers, and the system is a fully welded one-piece design.

The Bassani 1S6SS Ripper 2-Into-1 Exhaust System is engineered to deliver a louder, more aggressive tone and maximize horsepower and torque for Harley Davidson motorcycles. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this system features stepped headpipes that transition from 1-3/4" to 1-7/8" for optimal exhaust flow. The upswept megaphone muffler measures 10" in length with a 2-1/4" outer diameter and includes a slash-cut end cap. The system is a fully welded one-piece design with integrated heat shields covering the headers. For connectivity, the 1S6SS comes complete with 18 mm O2 bungs and 12 mm adapters, along with plugs. A removable baffle is included, allowing for sound customization. The system is designed to be a direct fit, with many users reporting quick and easy installation times of around 30 minutes to 2 hours, often with no modifications required. This exhaust system is specifically designed for Harley Davidson Softail and Dyna models from 1986-2017, particularly those with Twin Cam engines.
