The Merchant Automotive Allison 1000 Deep Filter Lock is a transmission component designed for 2001-2018 GM Duramax models. It is intended for the deep sump pan filter and is redesigned to fit both old and new style Allison deep pan filters. The lock reduces cavitation caused by a lack of seal at the filter and prevents accidental filter fallout.
