The TeraFlex JK: Tera30/44 High-Performance Front Axle Tube Seal is designed for oversized 3.25" O.D. axle tubes found on Tera30 HD and Tera44 HD Replacement Axle Housings. It features an outer triple O-ring tube seal to prevent contaminants like mud and water from entering the housing. The inner seal has a grease-filled pocket for lubrication and an additional barrier against mud and grime.

Constructed from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, the seal housing is black hard anodized for superior corrosion resistance and is laser etched with graphics. It is compatible with most axle shafts, including 27-spline Dana 30 and aftermarket 1.5" 35-spline Dana 44 shafts. Installation is recommended to be performed by a certified mechanic, with an estimated labor time of 2 hours.
