2" Long System Headers w/ Catted Merge Collectors

The American Racing Headers long system is specifically designed for the 2009-2013 C6 ZR1 Corvette, featuring 2" primaries and a 3" mid-section that is available either catted or non-catted. The header components include 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a warp-free seal, hand-ported TIG welded inlets for optimized flow, and meticulously routed primary tubes for superior fit and performance. Merge collectors are equipped with scavenger spikes to enhance exhaust scavenging. Catted versions of this system employ 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters, known for their extreme durability and high flow rates. All systems are assembled using Grade 8 hardware and Accuseal S/S band clamps for a secure and leak-free connection. Important installation notes: O2 Extension Harnesses are sold separately but are required to complete the installation. Furthermore, all American Racing Headers products are exclusively manufactured for racing purposes. Installing these products on any vehicle eliminates their legal use on public roads and highways, potentially subjecting the user to fines and criminal liability under the Clean Air Act. These headers are built to order and ship directly from the manufacturer, with lead times varying. The product is 100% made in the USA and manufactured entirely of 304 stainless steel.
