Overview

The Kooks KSH3101H620 is a header and connection kit designed for 6.1L/6.4L HEMI engines. It includes 2" x 3" stainless steel long tube headers and 3" x 2-3/4" (OEM) outlet catted stainless steel connection pipes with an exhaust pressure sensor.

This kit features Kooks GREEN Cats, which are EPA verified, durable, and engineered to perform in modern muscle cars up to 750 RWHP. The product has been superseded by Part# 3101H630.

The Kooks 3101H620 long tube headers are engineered for 6.1L and 6.4L Hemi engines, offering a significant upgrade over stock exhaust manifolds. Constructed from robust 304 stainless steel, these headers boast 2-inch primary tubes and 3-inch fire cone collectors, designed for optimal exhaust flow. They feature fully matched D-port header flanges for an exact port match on the engine heads and equal-length tubing across all primaries. Each set comes with custom 3-inch mid-pipes with high-performance catalytic converters designed to keep exhaust gases in check while meeting emissions standards in most US states. However, it's noted that these metallic cats have limitations and may not withstand extreme temperatures from highly modified, forced induction vehicles. Installation difficulty is rated as medium, and professional installation is recommended. Custom tuning is also highly recommended after installing these long tube headers to adjust fuel settings for engine safety and to prevent Check Engine Lights, especially after swapping stock catalytic converters. All necessary hardware and O2 sensor extensions are included in the kit. They fit 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger, Charger, Magnum, and Chrysler 300C models equipped with the 6.1L and 6.4L SRT Hemi engines, including SRT8, SRT 392, R/T Scat Pack, and T/A 392 trims.
