The Custom LED 2 Panel Sequential LED Taillight Kit for 1979-1981 Firebird models offers a dramatic enhancement to your vehicle's rear lighting. This kit provides safer, brighter illumination through the use of 132 high-intensity, wide-angled LEDs per panel, strategically positioned to maximize light output and optimize the stock lenses. This kit stands out as the only fully sequential LED option, utilizing advanced technology to create a fluid and sweeping pattern for braking and turn signals, rather than just lighting up blocks of LEDs. A convenient switch on each board allows you to choose between standard operation and the fully sequential feature. The kit includes everything needed for replacement, such as constant power wire kits and pigtail harness kits. Designed and assembled in the USA, these LED panels are built for durability and meet or exceed DOT & SAE requirements. Each panel features a protective coating against rust and corrosion, backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If you are also installing LED front turn/park lights, two electronic LED flashers will be required for proper function.
