The AJP Distributors 2-piece 6-2-1 stainless steel header manifold kit is designed to be a direct bolt-on replacement for your vehicle's exhaust system. Manufactured by OEM-approved partners, this kit uses CNC-machined T-304 stainless steel piping with computerized TIG-welded flanges to ensure strength and long-lasting durability. The inclusion of pre-welded hangers simplifies installation, eliminating the need for any vehicle modifications. This header kit features a 6-2-1 design, with an inlet diameter of 1.65 inches (41.91mm) and an outlet diameter of 3.0 inches (76.2mm). This header manifold kit is specifically compatible with 1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix, 1997-2004 Buick Regal, 2004-2005 Chevrolet Impala, and 2004-2005 Chevrolet Monte Carlo models, but only those equipped with the 3.8L (231 CID) L67 Supercharged V6 engine.
