2-Piece Big Brake Kit with Floating Rotors

The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy, featuring a 2-piece radial mount design that minimizes flex. They incorporate dual seals with high-temperature resistant oil rings and dust scrapers, along with stainless steel bleed screws. Caliper adapters are made from carbon steel for guaranteed direct bolt-on installation. The rotors are a 2-piece floating design with 6061-T6 alloy hats, utilizing FC30 cast iron rotor rings that are treated with an anti-corrosion coating. Options for drilled, slotted, or drilled and slotted rotor rings are available at no extra cost. Curved vanes ensure optimal cooling, and the full-floating rotor system (for 330mm rotors and larger) uses floating hardware with an anti-rattle system to reduce warping and drag. The kit is compatible with OEM ABS, traction control, master cylinder, and retains original balance/bias. DOT/ADR approved Teflon and stainless steel brake lines are included, manufactured in the UK. All necessary mounting hardware is provided for a direct bolt-on installation. CEIKA offers a 2-year warranty on caliper castings, parts, seals, mounting hardware, and brake lines, with a 10,000km/3-month warranty on rotors. While CEIKA guarantees the fitment of the big brake kits as bolt-on, the company is not responsible for wheel fitment. Clearance issues with wheel spokes can arise when fitting larger brakes, and wheel fitment compatibility is the customer's responsibility.
