2-Piece Brake Rotors

The Paragon Performance 2-Piece Brake Rotors are engineered for drivers who demand consistent braking control on the street and track. Each rotor ring is crafted from CM-250 high-carbon alloy cast iron, which is heat-treated to relieve internal stress and precision CBN-machined for efficient pad bed-in. This 2-piece floating design allows the rotor ring to expand independently during high-heat cycles, effectively minimizing brake fade, distortion, and judder. The assembly includes a lightweight, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hat finished with a Mil-Spec Type III hard anodized coating for superior wear resistance. With tight tolerances of ≤0.03mm lateral runout and ≤2g weight variation, these components are built to maintain consistent contact and smooth performance. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, these rotors integrate seamlessly with the factory ABS and brake system while preserving original brake bias. They are compatible with both OEM brake pads and aftermarket pads sharing identical pad depth (D) dimensions. This kit is specifically fit for the 2003-2006 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG (W211/S211 chassis).
