2-Piece Caliper and Rotor Kit

Each kit is custom-built to order, ensuring a tailored solution for your project. The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace grade alloy with a radial mount design to minimize flex, and pistons are available in either corrosion-resistant coated 6061-T6 alloy or stainless steel. The braking system utilizes 2-piece floating rotors featuring 6061-T6 alloy hats and FC30 cast iron rotor rings, offering a choice of drilled, slotted, or combined drilled and slotted patterns at no additional cost. Curved vane ventilation is incorporated for optimal cooling, and a full-floating system with an anti-rattle mechanism is available for rotors 330mm and larger, reducing warping tendencies and drag. DOT/ADR compliant Teflon and stainless steel brake lines manufactured in the UK are included, along with all necessary mounting hardware for a direct bolt-on installation. CEIKA offers a selection of brake pad compounds to match your driving needs, from Street (Grey) for daily use with low noise and dust, to Sport (Blue) for street/track combinations, and Race (Red) or Pro Race (Yellow) for dedicated track and competition use with maximum braking power and heat resistance. The calipers are available with an anodized or anodized + gloss paint finish, and custom rotor hat anodized colors are an option. CEIKA guarantees the fitment of its big brake kits as bolt-on components, and will provide replacement parts free of charge if any part does not fit. However, CEIKA is not responsible for wheel fitment issues. Clearance problems between the brake kit and wheel spokes can occur with larger brakes, and the customer is responsible for ensuring wheel compatibility. It is strongly advised to use the provided brake templates to check clearances before ordering, as spacers may be necessary to resolve potential issues.
