2-Piece Caliper Kit

This kit is designed as a bolt-on replacement, requiring no modifications to your vehicle's existing mounting points. The ProComp calipers are machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, offering exceptional strength and a lightweight design. Their 1-piece construction ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. The opposed-piston caliper design is key to maximizing pad grip and promoting more even pad wear, extending the life of your brake components. The use of aluminum caliper pistons further enhances heat resistance, reduces weight, and prevents corrosion. Reinforced carbon steel caliper brackets facilitate the direct bolt-on installation of these larger-than-OEM calipers. Each kit includes 2-piece rotors featuring an aluminum center hat to lower rotational mass, which contributes to quicker braking response and shorter stopping distances. This 2-piece design also allows for greater freedom of expansion and contraction of the outer iron braking surface, significantly reducing the chance of rotor warpage. The rotors are vented and drilled for optimal performance and heat dissipation. Additionally, stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under high temperatures and pressures, ensuring a firmer and more responsive pedal feel. This specific kit is designed for the 2015-2018 Subaru WRX. It requires a minimum wheel diameter of 432mm (17 inches) and features 8-piston calipers with 330mm (13-inch) vented, drilled rotors.
