2-Piece Disc Assembly

This kit is designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, requiring minimal tools for most applications. It features an extreme lightweight one-piece caliper, CNC machined from aircraft quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 5 lbs. The caliper includes differential bore configuration, machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. Its opposed piston design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems, while stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure, ensuring consistent braking force. The braking system incorporates a 2-piece disc assembly, which effectively reduces both rotating and unsprung weight for improved overall performance. Ksport's unique rotor slot design is optimized to reduce braking noise and accelerate the expulsion of gas and pad debris. To ensure peak performance, every rotor is heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment. The kit includes 14-inch rotors with a 32mm width and is available with either cross-drilled or slotted rotor options. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they tend to run cooler, while slotted rotors are advised for vehicles that will see more track use. The caliper is finished in an eye-catching orange color. This specific kit is designed for the BMW 3 Series Wagon (F31) models from 2012-2018, compatible with both 2WD and 4WD configurations.
